PATCH TEST

If you have any allergies or concerns about the adhesive that will be used at your appointment, A patch test is recommended which is to be done 24-48 hours before your appointment.

If you choose to proceed with the appointment without a patch test the eyelash technician is not held liable or responsible for any reaction to the adhesive.

Booking and Deposit

£10 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations

  We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals.

At 20 minutes late you will be charged late fee of £10

Appointment Duration

   Lash extension appointments typically take between 2 to 3.5 hours. Please plan accordingly.

Preparation for Appointment

  Arrive with clean, makeup free lashes and freshly washed hair. Any makeup around the eye area will need to be removed before the service begins.

  Please come without eye makeup, as it will interfere with the lash extension application.

Infill Appointments

  To book an infill appointment, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. If less than 50% remain, it will be considered a full set, and you will be charged accordingly.

Refunds

Deposit will be refunded if i cancel the appointment on my side if not there are no refunds .I will offer a 2 day period to make any adjustments free of charge .

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash only. Please have the correct amount ready at the end of your appointment .

Travel appointments where i have to come to you will be an additional £25.

opening hours are 11am-7pm ,out of hours appointments are an additional £15.
